Artwork Stack (“Artwork Stack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a US-based creative production platform headquartered in Long Island, New York. Artwork Stack is owned and operated by eSales Technologies, the legal entity responsible for providing and operating the Artwork Stack Services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, retain, and protect information when you access or use:
- The Artwork Stack website at https://artworkstack.com/;
- The Artwork Stack portal at https://portal.artworkstack.com/;
- The Artwork Stack application and related software and services;
- Artwork Stack features, tools, APIs, and integrations, including our QuickBooks Online integration; and
- Other Artwork Stack products or services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy.
Together, these are referred to as the “Artwork Stack Services.”
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information and other information processed through the Artwork Stack Services. Third-party products and services integrated with Artwork Stack may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Artwork Stack and the features and services you use.
1.1 Account and Registration Information
When you register for, access, or maintain an Artwork Stack account, we may collect:
- Your name;
- Business or organization name;
- Business email address;
- Telephone number;
- Job title or role;
- Username and account identifiers;
- Authentication information;
- Account preferences;
- Billing and subscription information; and
- Other information you voluntarily provide.
2. Customer, Business, and Project Information
When using the Artwork Stack Services, you or your organization may provide information relating to creative-production and business activities, including:
- Customer information;
- Vendor or supplier information;
- Project information;
- Job and order information;
- Product information;
- Artwork and creative files;
- Design specifications;
- Instructions and comments;
- Proofs, revisions, and approval information;
- Marketing assets;
- eCommerce content;
- Production information;
- Workflow information;
- Deadlines;
- Communications; and
- Other information necessary to provide the Artwork Stack Services.
3. Files and Content
Users may upload or transmit artwork, images, documents, logos, design assets, production files, specifications, marketing assets, product information, and other content through Artwork Stack.
We process this information as necessary to provide the Artwork Stack Services and functionality requested by you or your organization.
4. Technical and Usage Information
When you use our website, portal, application, or other services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:
- IP address;
- Browser type;
- Device type;
- Operating system;
- Date and time of access;
- Pages and features accessed;
- Login and authentication events;
- Session information;
- Error and diagnostic information;
- Security logs;
- Referring pages; and
- General usage and performance information.
We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, analyze, and improve the Artwork Stack Services.
5. QuickBooks Online Integration
Artwork Stack provides or may provide functionality allowing customers to connect their Artwork Stack account with QuickBooks Online, operated by Intuit Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Intuit”).
Connecting QuickBooks Online is optional unless a particular service or workflow you choose requires the integration.
Authorization is performed through Intuit’s authorization process.
5.1 QuickBooks Information We May Access
If you authorize Artwork Stack to connect with QuickBooks Online, Artwork Stack may access information within the permissions you grant through Intuit.
Depending on the functionality you use and permissions granted, this may include:
- QuickBooks company information;
- Customer information;
- Vendor information;
- Products and services;
- Estimates;
- Invoices;
- Bills;
- Payments;
- Sales-related information;
- Purchase-related information;
- Account information;
- Transaction information;
- Tax-related fields associated with relevant transactions;
- QuickBooks identifiers required to synchronize records; and
- Other accounting or business information necessary to provide the integration functionality you have requested.
Artwork Stack does not intentionally access QuickBooks information beyond the permissions authorized through Intuit and the functionality required for the integration.
5.2 How We Use QuickBooks Information
Information obtained from QuickBooks Online may be used to:
- Connect your Artwork Stack and QuickBooks Online accounts;
- Synchronize relevant customer, product, invoice, transaction, or other business information;
- Create or update records when you have enabled such functionality;
- Reduce duplicate data entry;
- Support invoicing and related accounting workflows;
- Associate Artwork Stack projects, jobs, orders, customers, or other records with corresponding QuickBooks records;
- Display relevant accounting information within authorized Artwork Stack workflows;
- Maintain synchronization identifiers and status;
- Troubleshoot integration errors;
- Provide technical and customer support;
- Prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity; and
- Maintain the security and integrity of the integration.
We do not use QuickBooks data for purposes materially unrelated to providing, supporting, maintaining, or securing the functionality you have authorized, except where required by applicable law.
5.3 QuickBooks Credentials and Authorization
Artwork Stack uses Intuit’s authorization mechanisms to connect to QuickBooks Online.
You should not be required to provide your QuickBooks Online password directly to Artwork Stack as part of the standard authorization process.
Intuit provides authorization credentials or tokens that permit Artwork Stack to communicate with QuickBooks according to the permissions you approve.
Artwork Stack uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect integration credentials and tokens.
5.4 Sharing QuickBooks Information
Artwork Stack does not sell QuickBooks customer data.
We do not disclose QuickBooks customer data to third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.
QuickBooks information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf where reasonably necessary to host, operate, secure, maintain, or support the Artwork Stack Services. Such processing is subject to applicable contractual and data-protection requirements.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, valid legal process, or governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, users, systems, or services.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the Artwork Stack Services to:
- Create and administer accounts;
- Authenticate users;
- Provide the Artwork Stack Services;
- Manage creative-production activities;
- Process projects, jobs, and workflows;
- Facilitate collaboration, reviews, revisions, and approvals;
- Manage artwork and production activities;
- Provide integrations authorized by users;
- Process billing and subscriptions;
- Provide customer and technical support;
- Send service-related and transactional communications;
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems;
- Maintain service and account security;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Maintain appropriate activity and audit records;
- Monitor and improve service functionality and performance;
- Comply with contractual and legal obligations; and
- Establish, exercise, or protect our legal rights.
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information under an appropriate legal basis, which may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell QuickBooks customer data.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
7.1 Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to help operate and support the Artwork Stack Services, including providers of:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting;
- Database and file storage;
- Email and communications;
- Security and monitoring;
- Analytics;
- Customer support;
- Payment and billing services; and
- Professional services.
These providers may process information on our behalf only as reasonably necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations.
7.2 Third-Party Integrations
When you choose to enable an integration, information may be exchanged with the applicable third-party provider as necessary to provide the functionality you requested.
For QuickBooks Online, information is exchanged with Intuit according to the authorization you provide.
7.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws or regulations;
- Respond to valid legal processes or governmental requests;
- Investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Enforce our agreements;
- Protect the security and integrity of our services;
- Protect the rights or safety of Artwork Stack, eSales Technologies, our customers, users, or others; or
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7.4 Business Transactions
If Artwork Stack or eSales Technologies is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information and Customer Content only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which the information was collected and processed.
The appropriate retention period depends on factors including:
- The duration of the customer relationship;
- The type and sensitivity of the information;
- The services being provided;
- Contractual requirements;
- Security and fraud-prevention requirements;
- Backup and disaster-recovery requirements; and
- Applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our data-management processes and applicable requirements.
Information contained in backups may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems until the applicable backups are overwritten, rotated, or expire under our backup processes.
9. QuickBooks Data Retention and Disconnection
You may revoke Artwork Stack’s access to your QuickBooks Online account through available Artwork Stack functionality, where provided, or through your Intuit/QuickBooks account.
After authorization has been revoked:
- Artwork Stack will stop requesting new QuickBooks information using the revoked authorization;
- Applicable authorization credentials or tokens will be invalidated, removed, or allowed to expire as appropriate;
- Information retained solely for the purpose of providing the disconnected QuickBooks integration will be deleted or securely disposed of when it is no longer reasonably necessary; and
- Information required for legitimate legal, financial, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes may be retained for the applicable required period.
Disconnecting QuickBooks does not necessarily delete your entire Artwork Stack account or information independently created or maintained through the Artwork Stack Services.
You may separately request deletion of eligible information as described below.
10. Account and Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your Artwork Stack account or eligible personal information by contacting us at:
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account and understand your request.
For security purposes, we may verify your identity or your authority to make the request before deleting information.
Subject to applicable laws, contractual obligations, and legitimate retention requirements, we will delete or anonymize eligible information within a reasonable period after verifying a valid request.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws;
- Maintain legally required accounting or transaction records;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Maintain security records;
- Resolve disputes;
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
- Enforce contractual rights.
Information retained for one of these purposes will not be used for materially unrelated purposes.
11. Security
Artwork Stack uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, loss, or misuse.
Security measures may include, as appropriate:
- User authentication;
- Access controls;
- Encryption of information in transit;
- Appropriate cryptographic protections for sensitive stored information;
- Restricted administrative access;
- Logging and monitoring;
- Security updates and maintenance;
- Backup and recovery processes; and
- Security controls applicable to service providers.
However, no Internet transmission, network, application, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, passwords, credentials, and account access.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- Maintain user sessions;
- Authenticate users;
- Remember preferences;
- Provide essential functionality;
- Maintain security;
- Understand service usage and performance; and
- Improve the Artwork Stack Services.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies or similar technologies will be used in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Artwork Stack Services.
13. International Data Processing
Artwork Stack serves customers and users in multiple countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom.
Information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which a user resides or operates.
Where required by applicable data-protection law, we use appropriate mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside and the laws applicable to the processing of your information, you may have rights including the right to:
- Request access to personal information;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of eligible personal information;
- Request a copy of certain information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and

Artwork Stack is a business-oriented creative production and workflow service and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age at which they may lawfully provide such information in their jurisdiction.
If we become aware that children’s personal information has been improperly collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
16. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Artwork Stack Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, and services.
Those third parties may have independent privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not govern information they process independently.
For example, information processed independently by Intuit through QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit’s applicable privacy notices and agreements.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services they choose to use.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in:
- The Artwork Stack Services;
- Product functionality;
- Third-party integrations;
- Our data practices;
- Security practices; or
- Applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice or request consent before material changes become effective.
